Questions about your business website

Short, direct answers about your business website. If yours is missing, write or call us.

Before you start

Do I have to pay before I see my website?

No. We build your demo, with your brand, photos and details, and show it to you before charging you anything. The PDF that comes with it is free too. If you don't like it, you pay nothing. If you do, we send you a fixed quote and you pay 50% when you accept it.

The four steps, one by one

If I don't go ahead, what happens to my demo?

Nothing happens. We don't publish it or show it to anyone, and we delete it if you ask.

How long does it take?

Your demo is normally ready within a week; if your case needs longer, we tell you the same day. After that, we publish within 10 working days of you accepting the quote and sending us your details.

What if I already have a supplier?

You can still see the demo: it's free and doesn't commit you to switching. We don't judge anyone's work: we point out what can be improved on the website, not who built it. We keep your logo, your colours and your photos, and improve what's failing, such as speed on mobile, prices or opening hours.

Can I build it myself with a website builder?

You can, and it's a fair way to start. What we offer is seeing your website done, with your services or menu and your photos, before you pay, and someone to keep it up to date.

How is this different from a website by subscription?

Other companies also show you the website before you pay, but charge for it as a monthly fee (€29 to €35 a month in the offers we saw in October 2026): while you pay, it's online; if you stop, it isn't. Here the website has a fixed price, the domain is in your name and the website is yours once you've paid for it. Monthly care is optional with no tie-in: if you stop, you take the website with you.

Your business and sector

Do you only build websites for restaurants?

No. We do web development for businesses and SMEs: hair salons, clinics, workshops, shops, accommodation and hospitality. Hospitality is our speciality: it's where we've made the most demos and where we have figures of our own. In other sectors the method is the same, without figures of our own: we show you your finished website before you pay. There are made-up examples for a hair salon and a garage.

Do you only work in Málaga?

No. We work remotely from Málaga for businesses across Spain and abroad: the demo, the quote and the publishing all happen online, and we talk on WhatsApp, by phone or by video call. If your business is around Málaga, we can also meet in person.

Do you build online shops?

Today we offer what's listed on the services page: a new website, redesign of the one you already have, monthly care, local SEO and WhatsApp appointments. An online shop isn't among them. If you need one, tell us: we'll look at it case by case and, if we do it, it's quoted separately.

Do you do anything besides websites?

Today we offer what's listed on the services page: a new website, redesign, monthly care, local SEO and WhatsApp appointments. If you need something else, tell us: we'll look at it case by case and it's quoted separately.

What if my business has no website or social media?

You can still start. We build the demo from what you tell us through the form or on WhatsApp (name, services, opening hours, phone, photos) and from what appears about your business on Google or other directories. If good photos are missing, a photo shoot is quoted separately.

What if my sector has advertising rules, like clinics?

You approve the text on your website before it's published. We don't write health claims or promise results: we use what your business already publishes and what you confirm to us. If your sector has advertising rules, it's worth checking them with your professional body or adviser.

Price and payment

How much does a website for my business cost?

Essential website: €600–900. Full website: €1,200–1,800. On top of that comes monthly care, €30–60 per month, month by month with no tie-in. All amounts exclude VAT. They are ranges: once we've seen your demo, we tell you where your case sits, and why, before you accept anything.

See what each website includes

How and when do I pay?

50% when you accept the quote and 50% when we publish the website. The demo and the PDF are free, and you pay nothing until you accept the quote. Monthly care is invoiced at the end of each month.

Are there costs that aren't in the price?

Quoted separately: a photo shoot, writing new copy, other languages, third-party booking, ordering or payment systems, additional locations and a logo. Any change outside the scope is quoted before it's made.

The website and its content

Will my services or menu go in a PDF?

No. They're written as text on the page, with their prices: they read well on a phone, Google can read them, and they're quick to change.

Can customers book or make an appointment by WhatsApp?

With the essential website, a button opens a WhatsApp chat with your business. With the full website, the customer picks the day and time (and party size, in hospitality) and the message arrives already written, with no commission. It's a simple way to receive requests, not a booking system with capacity control or a diary. If you need one, an external system can be integrated and is quoted separately.

Will there be an English version?

Yes. Your website comes in Spanish and English. We write the English text with your customers in mind (not as a word-for-word translation) and you review it. Other languages are quoted separately.

Will my website use cookies?

Our websites don't use tracking cookies, unless you ask for something that needs them. If you want to know how many visits you get, we can add analytics that doesn't use cookies.

Domain and Google

In whose name is the domain registered?

In yours, always: it's registered in your name and you are the holder. We manage it technically for as long as monthly care lasts. Your copy, photos and brand are also yours, and the code is delivered to you under a licence for use.

What happens to my current website and domain?

If you own the domain, it can stay: we publish the new website on it. The full website includes migration with redirects, so links that already point to your current one aren't lost. Until we publish, yours stays as it is.

Will I rank first on Google?

Nobody can guarantee it, and neither can we. What we do: keep the website fast, the services or menu readable and the details consistent with your Google profile, and register it with Google Search Console. The result depends on your area, your competition and your reviews.

My business doesn't show up on Google. Can you help?

We can look at why: Google profile, website, services and opening hours. What we can't do is promise you a ranking. The PDF that comes with your demo tells you what's wrong today.

After we publish

How do I change a price or an opening time?

Send it to us on WhatsApp and we change it: it's included in monthly care. For now there's no panel for you to edit it yourself.

Does monthly care have a minimum term?

No. You pay month by month, at €30–60 per month, and you can stop whenever you like. It's what keeps your website running (hosting), up to date (changes to services or menu, opening hours and prices) and backed up, plus a quarterly Google report.

If I stop monthly care, do I keep the website?

Yes. The website is yours: you paid for it. We hand it over so you can host it wherever you prefer, and the domain stays in your name.
