Websites for hair salons.

Web design for hair salons, barbers and beauty salons anywhere: your services with prices as text, opening hours, directions and appointments by WhatsApp. We build your salon's website and show it to you finished, with your brand and your photos, before you pay anything.

What a salon website needs

What your customer checks on their phone before booking: what you do, what it costs, when you're open and how to get an appointment.

No figures of our own for this sector

What we've measured is in hospitality: 25 restaurant and bar websites in Málaga and the Costa del Sol, in October 2026. We haven't audited salon websites, so we don't quote figures here and we don't stretch the hospitality ones to fit. The method is the same, though: we show you your website built before you pay.

What we saw in hospitality
  • Services and prices, as text

Cut, colour, treatments, beauty: every service with its “from” price and, if you like, how long it takes. As text, not a photo of the price list: it reads on a phone without zooming and Google can read it. When a price changes, send it to us on WhatsApp and we publish it.

  • WhatsApp appointments, no fees or commission

A button that opens a chat with your salon with the message already written. With the full website, guided appointments: the customer ticks services, picks a day and a time, and the site only offers the times where that length fits. If you already use a booking app, we link to it.

With the essential website, the WhatsApp button with a prepared message; guided appointments come with the full website.

  • Opening hours and “open now”

One set of hours, with morning and afternoon sessions and your closing day, and a notice saying whether you're open right now. We check with you that your Google profile says exactly the same.

  • Directions and a number to tap

The street written on the home page, a directions link and a phone number that calls with one tap. If you're inside an arcade or there's parking nearby, it says so.

  • A gallery of your work

With the full website, your photos (cuts, colour, updos, bridal) optimised to load fast on a phone, and a link to your Instagram for anyone who wants to see more.

  • In Spanish and in English

If you have foreign customers, we write the English version with them in mind and you review it. It isn't a machine translation.

The essential website and the full website

Two sizes with public prices. Once you've seen your demo we tell you which one fits your case, and why, before you accept anything.

For most salons with one location, the essential website. The full one if you want guided appointments, a gallery or have several salons.

An example you can try

Madeja is a fictional salon; the website is real. Open it on your phone, tick some services and request a test appointment: no button messages anyone.

Madeja Example
Neighbourhood hair and beauty salon

  • Services with their length and “from” price, in five groups.
  • The customer ticks what they want and the site adds up the time and the “from” price of their visit.
  • WhatsApp appointments with the times where that length fits; the message arrives with everything written out.

Everything in it is made up: name, services, prices, phone number and address.

Three questions salons ask

The ones we hear most before the demo.

More frequently asked questions

  • WhatsApp appointments or a booking app?

They can live together. The WhatsApp button has no fee or commission and reaches your phone with the message written: service, day and time. If you already work with a booking app, we link to it from the website; a deeper integration is quoted separately.

  • Do I have to publish my prices?

You don't have to, but it helps: people who can't see prices have to ask, and not everyone does. A “from” price with an approximate length answers the question without tying you down. Changing them when they go up is part of monthly care.

  • What if I only have Instagram?

Instagram is good for showing your work. For “hair salon near me” what counts most is your Google profile, and the website backs it up: the same hours and address, services as text and data marked up for Google; no guarantees on rankings. The website puts in order what Instagram doesn't: services, prices, hours, where you are and the appointment. And it links to your Instagram for anyone who wants to see more.

See your salon's website before you pay.

Tell us what your salon is like and we'll build your demo, with your services, your prices and your photos. It's free and there's no obligation. If you like it, we send you a fixed quote.
